The Second Inter-American Nitrogen Network workshop was held in Brasília, Brazil from 16 to 19 May of 2005.
The main objective of this workshop was to continue discussions started in the San Juan, (Puerto Rico) last year about nitrogen assessments across the Americas, emphasizing differences and similarities among countries of the Americas.
This workshop was jointly organized by CENA/USP (Luiz Martinelli), Cornell University (Roberth Howarth), and University of Brasília (Mercedes Bustamante). This workshop was sponsored by INI, IAI and CNPq, the Brazilian funding agency.
